Issue with shop filters that not displayed in the front

in my shop page I have the filter widget, and I see it blank, why?
I added mobile and computer image and video describing the issue

Furthermore, you have the option to customize the shop page sidebar position by following this path: XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop Page Layout.
