Issue with the mail lay-out (email builder)

Hi Support,

Currently running in to an issue with the email builder. Once I created my lay-out and sent a test mail the lay-out is not like I see it in the preview.

This is the preview:

This is how the mail looks like:

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Do you mean styling of the button?
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, via the Private Content area, one of our technicians will check and help you.

Hi,

Yes, the styling of the button and the radius of the mail etc etc…. it looks like no changes (style) is sent with the actual mail. Only the preview is giving the correct adjusments.

I attached the login in the private content area.

Hello,

We are using FileZilla and was able to connect, but FTP directory is empty – https://prnt.sc/1x7vwf3
Please check the destination folder of our user, we need access to your WP installation.

My apologies. The default directory is changed and you should be able to access the correct files now.

Hello,

Our developers checked your site and tried to recreate the problem on a local test server, the width of the button is fine – https://prnt.sc/1xajqk3
Describe in more detail what exactly the problem can be re-created on our test server.
Also, could you send the letter with the problem on this mail – stas0238@gmail.com ?
