    Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a theme and have noticed a recurring issue: whenever I add new elements, they default to being labeled as “container” instead of “section,” despite our website structure being based on sections. Consequently, newly added images do not appear full-width as intended.

Could you please investigate why this is happening and provide a solution? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could share a video tutorial on how to add sections in a way that prevents these default containers from appearing in the future when I add new elements.

Furthermore, I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that the images appear full-width on the website.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your guidance and resolution.

    Best regards,
    BAGWANI

    Hello Bagwani,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to inform you about a recent update concerning the Elementor plugin. The update involves a transition from using “Sections” to “Containers.” This change aims to enhance the flexibility and functionality of your web design experience.
    https://elementor.com/help/transitioning-from-sections-to-containers/ https://elementor.com/help/convert-existing-sections-to-containers/

“why this is happening” – it is because of Elementor plugin changes in new versions.

“and provide a solution” – you can work with containers or disable them via Elementor > Settings > Flexbox Container > Inactive.

“the images appear full-width on the website” – navigate to Page settings > Page layout and select ‘Elementor Full-width’ – https://gyazo.com/096eebf3b48536727ec2c77718fb350b

    Hey Dear,

It means you think this picture looks absolutely perfect, and there’s no need to make any changes, right?

Secondly, the settings you’re suggesting to inactive the container in Elementor, they won’t cause any changes, right? I mean, if containers are used extensively on the website, they won’t be removed from there, will they?

Please take a look yourself and decide whether to deactivate it or not according to your own judgment.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Hello Bagwani,

“It means you think this picture looks absolutely perfect, and there’s no need to make any changes, right?” – you did not ask us about this. The look of the image is up to you.

“the settings you’re suggesting to inactive the container in Elementor, they won’t cause any changes, right? I mean, if containers are used extensively on the website, they won’t be removed from there, will they?” – Elementor plugin answers you once you try to edit the mentioned option – https://gyazo.com/9d65870a3ffc837128540ab0cbb7844b

“Please take a look yourself ” – please provide the URL of the page from your screenshot.

Also, read our answer to the end: To make containers content full width “navigate to Page settings > Page layout and select ‘Elementor Full-width’ – https://gyazo.com/096eebf3b48536727ec2c77718fb350b

    Dear Team,

As I can see in the screenshot that you sent, it clearly states that if I make changes like disabling the container option, all my work related to containers will be lost and cannot be recovered. So, it’s not advisable to do that. Therefore, I think we should leave things as they are. If the container is functioning well, let’s continue using it for container-related tasks.

On another note, as per your suggestion earlier, I’m sending you a screenshot of an image along with its URL from a private content area.

Please take a look and adjust its size to full width within the container, or however you think is appropriate.

    It’s up to you.

Your help would be greatly appreciated if you could assist with this.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Hello Team,

I understand, but the picture is not coming on a full width as it is spoiling the look or appearance of the website, so can you please adjust its width according to all the elements?

Thank you so much for helping me.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Dear Bagwani,

Whope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that stretching the current image will result in a loss of quality. Could you kindly prepare an image that is initially of the desired width?

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
