Issue with translating strings with WPML

    Hi,
    I am experiencing an issue with WPML. When I update the translation in the string translation window and I refresh the shop page I see my new content in Italian, but after a few minutes it goes back to the english version all the time.

    These are the 3 shops:

    Th e prcess step by step:

    1) content updated in WPML https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code=XZD6k57ZI3HNnOKv1NXNe8s28wGYBhHFQB8k

    2) It is showing on the website https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code=XZvqk57ZIAb4zYi3cGfqUpBClalN07Yd8bRV

    3) two minutes later it jumps back to the EN version https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code=XZPtk57ZxsXaP83bSbz5Y6j6luEetXMjwaRV

    and in WPML a chop of code appears all the time immediately after the string:

    <div class="arrow border"> </div>
    <div class="arrow"> </div>
    </div>
    <div class="pcl_global_mask"> </div>

    I noticed this in other templates I was working with in the last 3 months in all posts, do you have any idea about what it might be? something related to the latest WordPress updates or Visual Composer as I mentioned before?

    – I deactivated the plugins that might conflict with WPML
    – I cleared the cache

    Hi,
    I aldso saved multiple times and it was showing for the first 10 minutes.
    I contact you as the problem it is still there, the EN content popped back on the Italian shop: http://www.ambasciatoregusto.com/negozio/
    Do you have any idea?

    Hello,

    Please provide FTP access in Private Content.
    Did you make changes in template files of parent theme?

    Hi, I didn’t do any change to the template or Child theme. I simply switched template and child theme a few time to test a few features of the DHL shipping tab that wasn’t working properly. The clients weren’t able to select the preferred shipment cost on the payment process, so orders got stuck on the way.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
    Seems there was a problem with translation text from Product Page Banner area, because of as a rule this area using to add only banner (image). We have fixed it in legenda/wpml-config.xml file. Also, the fix will be added in next theme update.
    Please clear cache and check the translation now.

    Hi, this is great, it looks like it is working now. Do I need to do anything, just update the theme as soon as the new version will be released?

    You do not need to do anything, simple update theme once the new version will be available.
