Hi guys
after the WP update on ver 6.4.1, the XStore theme crash .

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the XStore theme after updating to WordPress version 6.4.1.
We did this update on our test sites and did not find any problems.
Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your site settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Hi guys
We’ve tried with active Elementro Pro before opening this ticket support, but no luck at all. Can I have an explanation of what was the problem?

We can’t log in to your site right now.
Elementor, not Pro version, is a required plugin in case the content of pages was created using this plugin, so we would not recommend you disable it.
