    Hello,

I am adding Custom Language Switcher to mobile menu. I am using “HTML Block 01” in which I have put the Custom Language Switcher Short Code ([wpml_language_selector_widget]). The national flags appears but nothing happens when you click on them.

Can you help me solve this issue?

    Thank you in advance!

    Dear @Creatica,

We have reviewed the functionality of the language switchers in the mobile menu and found that the WPML scripts do not function properly when the switchers are loaded via AJAX. Currently, the mobile menu content on your web-site is loaded using this method.

As a solution, we recommend switching the mobile menu type to “off-canvas” (please refer to the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/WemXuKF9Y626). This adjustment should allow the language switchers to work correctly.

Additionally, we suggest reaching out to WPML support to inquire about this issue. They may be able to provide further insights or improvements to their global scripts to ensure compatibility with AJAX loading.

Thank you for your understanding. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,
