    Hello, Imad Uddin,

We appreciate you reaching out to us and for choosing XStore for your needs.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to access your site and its Dashboard. Could there be an IP restriction or another form of access limitation in place?

We kindly suggest that you consult with your hosting provider for additional support in this matter.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Imad Uddin,

As we can see, Core plugin folder has been renamed through FTP, which has resulted in the plugin being disabled. However, the issue at hand continues to persist.

We kindly suggest that you reach out to your hosting provider to request the server error log. This will allow you to review any potential issues and determine what assistance they can provide from their end.

Please keep us updated on the response from your hosting provider.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Imad Uddin,

    Thank you for your response.

Could you kindly furnish us with the text from the server error log file?

Additionally, we request that you temporarily disable any caching mechanisms and the CDN in use.

    Hello, Imad Uddin,

Upon reviewing the system logs within WooCommerce under Status > Logs, we have identified an error originating from a third-party plugin, as evidenced by the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/nTp3MOedoCXJ.

In response to this, we have taken the precautionary measure of deactivating the aforementioned plugin. Subsequently, we have activated the Core plugin to ensure continued functionality.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello, Imad Uddin,

When we answered last time, we activated the Core plugin on your site – https://prnt.sc/eQsi_zCirTmr and all worked fine. Not sure what exactly you did, but the problem came back.

We’ve activated the XStore Core plugin on your site one more time and the site works fine – https://prnt.sc/AqsAd_ShRNkX > https://prnt.sc/bbFAtrsO9qB4

If it breaks one more time, we recommend you to contact your hosting provider, as was mentioned from the start.

Hope this article will be helpful for you – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/

    Dear, Imad Uddin,

Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. What we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins.

Please check the screenshot in the Private Content also.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
