Hello,

Could you please share the code to put in child theme with me as well? Check private for the gift card product link

There is no ready code, right now.
Please describe your problem here and the desired result. Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, then I will pass this topic to our dev team.

The problem is that the product image on the gift card product is hidden by the theme. I have tried with default themes and it worked.

Hello,

We can’t connect using FTP credentials you provided.
Please try the next solution:
copy plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/product-image.php file and paste it to your child-theme/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php
If it won’t work then provide the correct ftp access and we will take a look closer.

I did. The product page is messed up. Check screenshot on private. Please solve as soon as possible please because I have visitors active and the user experience at the moment is gone

Sorry but I can’t leave it like this. I have renamed the file to product-image1.php

when you go back to check, please rename it so you can check.

1/ We uploaded for you next file from xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php to xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php
2/ here is the code we added in (xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php) -> https://prnt.sc/X9UhynR5QlaO
3/ Also we uploaded for you default woocommerce file with new name -> product-image-default.php (xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image-default.php) which will be loaded in cases the product type is ‘gift-card’
