    Hi,

    1) We update the theme but still getting this message – check the screenshot.
    2) And in the header now we are getting two logos. – Check the screenshot – 2

    Hello,

    No, you updated only XStore core plugin, the theme version is out of date https://prnt.sc/1dxri4x
    Did you rename the theme folder while installing that? In this case you need to update theme manually, autoupdate won’t work for you. Extract the new theme version to your themes folder and rename xstore to the name you used https://gyazo.com/c29e9937bb6a57c69b7a50fe921a61b2

    Please help.

    If the rename of theme is an issue then please make it xstore for future upgradations.

    Hello,

    What actions did you do that caused the error? Did you edit/removed any core WP files? Enable WP Debug and provide us with FTP access to your site, please. I see that even backend does not load correctly and comes with a number of js errors https://prnt.sc/1idkqys

    We didn’t do any changes. All the development was stopped 10 days back.

    Provide us with FTP access to your site. Also, ask your hosting to check if everything is ok with the files and folders permissions of your WP installation https://prnt.sc/1iq8rcj Because 403 error comes from the server-side as a rule.

    The server said there is no issue on the server.
    They said to check the files.

    Under the wp-content folder, I can see there are two futpackers themes old and default.
    Did you update the theme?
    Still getting the same error.

    From the admin dashboard, I updated the theme when I first raised this ticket.
    Is there any way we can fix this? It all started when we clicked on the Update theme.

    Theme files could not cause issues with the core WP files loading. Server blocks access to files https://prnt.sc/1jugt58 Did you send this screenshot to your hosting support? What about file permissions https://prnt.sc/1juio8c

    We have uploaded fresh WordPress 5.7.2 files. Could you please check from your end if everything is working fine?

    Hello,

    Go to Products > Attributes > edit the color attribute terms and change the term thumbnail.
