Hello, @Ini
Go to Plugins > deactivate and remove the Royal core plugin. Go to Appearance > Install plugins and install Royal core to get the updated version. Let me know if it helps.

Hello, @Royalty
You have another problem. Your problem is related to disabled WPBakery plugin, his issue – to out of date Royal core plugin.

No, I had the same problem with not being able to update Royal Core plugin. And he has the same issue that the cart shows just [et_top_cart] and other shortcodes dont work, So its exacetly the same as my issues.
Hello, @Royalty
We moved all the shortcodes to Royal core plugin according to Envato new requirements. So it caused 2 problems with shortcodes: 1) they do not work if core plugin is not updated 2) Some shortcodes do not work if WPbakery plugin is deactivated.
In your case, you had both problems. The user had only the first one.

I have dropped the login details. Many thanks. Logo is not showing.
Hello, @Ini
You did not provide the FTP access and we can’t check problem in more details.
We found that problem caused by Image Lazy Load option of Smush plugin. But we need FTP to check if we could add compatibility with this option.

Hello,
We don’t need access to your account on Godaddy. Just create FTP user, pass and provide us with FTP host, FTP user and FTP pass. If you don’t have this information contact your hosting provider to get it.
