    Hi my friends,

There are 2 issues after updating the website to WordPress: 5.8.2, Xtore Core 4.0.10 and Xtore 8.0.10:

    1) Non-responsive and non-proportional site
    2) Error message when trying to access WP-admin (Fatal error: Out of memory)

    More details in private area.

    Thank you for your help

    Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your staging site where you updated theme and plugin. We’ll check the issue in more detail.

    Regards

    Hello,

Provide us with FTP access. We can do nothing without it because of memory error.

    Hello,

Memory error is not related to theme update but to server settings because it appears even with the Storefront theme https://recordit.co/ydtxIfuVhp
So, contact your hosting provider and ask to update PHP to version 7.4 and increase PHP memory limit to 128M or 256M.

    Regards

    Hi,

After updating the staging site, the layout was defaced. You can compare the two sites by visiting them. Look private content area for more details.

    Hello,

Clear cache and check now. What was done to fix the problem: XStore > Theme Options and clicked Save Changes.

    Regards
