Thank you for your support. We have purchase the ‘Ultimate addons for Visual Composer’ from “Brainstorm Force”, we have fix the video spacing issue with them. The website is working properly.
Perhaps we have one question concerning the website pre-loader. We have activate it but when you go on the website there is no pre-loader. Can you tell us why? And how to fix this issue?

Hi Eva,
Please note that the issue was not solve. We have install the “ultimate preloader” (please see image) plugin as a temporally solution while waiting for a solution from your team. We can notice that the “ultimate preloader” is still working and that the default theme preloader is not working.
You can desactivate the “ultimate preloader” in the settings section to confirm the issue.
We want the default theme preloader to work.

To have loader icon shown you need enable Promo popup in Theme Options > Promo Popup. I’ve enabled it. Please check the site now and clear browser cache before.
