Issues installing Child theme and doing updates on xstore theme from wordpress

I have installed the theme and updated the server settings for php then tried installing a demo theme and it continuously fails
could you please assist

this is the second time I am having the issue could you please assist in what is the fix for my future reference

I am trying to install this theme:
https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/organic/
and this coming soon page:
https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/coming-soon-white/

both with WP bakery

and name the child theme: Spores n More

but one more question
what was the process of getting it to work so I donot have to request it on the platform all the time
