About variation and gallery, provide us with FTP access and we will check the situation more deeply.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

To address the issue you’re experiencing with the video in your product gallery when switching variations, we suggest adding the following custom PHP snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file:

add_filter('etheme_single_product_variation_gallery_video', '__return_false');

This snippet will disable the functionality that keeps the video in the first position when variations are changed.

Additionally, to resolve the lightbox issue, we recommend reviewing the settings of your product gallery widget and ensuring that the ‘Lightbox’ option is set to ‘Yes’.

1. after setting the line height to 1.4 em, a short description works well.
2. after adding the snippet to the theme the variation and video worked great.
3. I can’t find where to enable the lightbox.

I have 2 issues with the video.
1. when no images in the gallery just the featured image then the video is wide and takes the place of the thumb.
2. I enabled the auto-play video but it does not start automatically.
In private I attached a video.
3. I can’t find where to enable the lightbox.
