    Hello,

The XStore theme builder does not load the menus created in WordPress. As a result, I am unable to display the correct menus within the Header Builder.

I’m using WordPress version 6.7.2, and the menu settings do not allow me to assign a menu to a specific location (such as Main Menu, Secondary Menu, Mobile Menu, etc.).

How can I proceed to make my Secondary Menu appear correctly in your theme builder?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello, Monark,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To display your desired menu, please ensure that you have selected the appropriate menu (created under Appearance > Menus) within the Header Builder settings. You can do this by navigating to Header Builder > Menu Settings. For your reference, please see the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/eqoFbd2ktbxz

Should you need further assistance, feel free to provide temporary admin access via the Private Content area so we can take a closer look.

Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately, I’m unable to add the menu via the header builder, as WordPress doesn’t allow me to define the type of menu I’m creating. I’ll send you the login details.

    Hello, Monark,

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

Thank you for your support. I have removed my child theme and successfully installed one of your demos. Everything integrated smoothly. It appears the issue was indeed due to plugin conflicts.
