Issues when navigating between pages - by cbayly

When I navigate between pages I get a weird loading issue that shows the mobile navigation menu and a couple other things briefly. Here are two pages to see what I am talking about. Watch the top navigation. make sure to be using a desktop with your browser in full screen.

I’ve included a short video showing the issues. You can tell when pages on the site are loaded that there is a brief moment where:
1. The mobile menu loads on the left of the screen
2. The “collapse” menu loads at the top of the screen
Is there a way to fix this so that this doesn’t happen?
