Issues with Cart Quantity Update and Overlapping Text

    1. Cart Quantity Update Error: On both PC and mobile, when increasing or decreasing the item quantity in the cart, multiple identical entries appear (see attached images 002.png and 003.png).

    2. Overlapping Text in Cart Pop-up: When a discount is applied, the text overlaps in the cart pop-up interface (see attached image 001.png).

    We suspect these issues might be related to a conflict with the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin.

    Here are the steps we have already taken to resolve the issues, but without success:

    1. Cleared browser cache
    2. Disabled all non-essential plugins
    3. Tested on different browsers

    Please help us by checking the backend data and fixing these issues.

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Thank you for your prompt response and suggestions.

    I have disabled all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore, and kept only the necessary plugins active. I also cleared the browser cache and checked the site again. Unfortunately, the issues still persist.

    I am granting you permission to debug the site, including deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization.

    After we’ve deactivated the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin. the off canvas cart looks good:

    Please note the issues are related to the 3rd party plugins must be directed to plugin’s author. They’re out of scope our support standard.

    For the second issue, please edit your cart page with Elementor and delete the WooCommerce Pages element in the last container:
