Issues with changes not being reflected after switching prebuilt website in XStore

    Hello,

    I’m currently experiencing an issue on my website https://topoblacila.si/ where I’m using the XStore theme. During the website setup, I switched to a different prebuilt website, and since then, none of the changes I try to make in the theme settings are being applied. Specifically, I’m facing the following issues:

    I cannot select a different product layout, as none of the changes in the settings are being saved.
    No other adjustments in the theme settings are working either, regardless of what I modify.
    I have updated the theme and all plugins, but the problem persists. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue or if there’s a specific process needed after switching to a prebuilt website?

    1/ To better understand the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating your actions and the problem. Please upload this video to any file-sharing service and provide us with the link.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving your query promptly.

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
