Issues with changing background photos for content

    Hi
    I am having a nightmare with changing few things around. When i change in elementor bacground photo in elementor shows me the changes but on live site not. I worked as advice by you on xstor child theme but when i change to main theme i can see photos i changed but the website looks completly diffrent. dont know what to do. same with loco translate when editing in elementor i see the text in german but when i go on live website its in english

    1/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

    sure i mean this popup on the left bottom corner of screenshot also i have issues with translation part of it not being translated but in loco they are.For example when u go to single product review tab is translated but fields in it are not so there is “reviews” “be the first to review” “your rating” Your review” all that is transalted in loco theme xstore. what i am doing wrong?

    Thank you for your response.

    As we can see, you need to change the location of the translation files and their names
    https://paste.pics/RAHQV Translation files of the theme should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder (System location), with the correct name, for example, xstore-de_DE.po

    You need to translate the XStore Core plugin also – https://paste.pics/RAHR6
    SYnstem location – /wp-content/languages/plugins folder, examples of names – xstore-core-de_DE.po

    After that, please translate the strings under the XStore theme, XStore core plugin, and woo-commerce plugin language files in Loco translate.

    Hi thx for fast reply but still no luck with all of text remaning in english
    1 Fake Sale Popup-dont know where to translate text “SOMEONE RECENTLY BOUGHT”…”XX minutes ago from”
    2 Parts of Shoping Basket Parts of orders are still in english
    all text seems to be translated in locotranslate. i Attached all screenshots.

    Please provide us with FTP access.
    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    We will be renaming the translation files for you and solve your issue.

    well it seams that you are using some forign IP adress can you use a VPN for polish one as i am now with hosting support and dont know how long will take them to take the lock out of foreign IP
