I have 2 issues after I have moved my site to the production server and updated the theme.
1) The Mega menu layout is different depending on the page that are active.. Eg. On the shop pages it shows correctly, but on all the other pages the styling is wrong when I hover over the menu.
2) The logo is not shown on the mobile version (not AMP). I can see it in the theme builder. But when I check on the phone (iPhone) it is not showing. The logo is uploaded in svg.
Hello,
1/ Clear cache and check now
2/ Clear cache of browser on your mobile and check one more time. What version of Safari browser do you use?
Regards
The menu and logo issues are solved now. But now I have several other issues, it seems to have started after the latest theme update and changes.
1) Elementor not loading. Nothing happen when I try to edit a page or static block. It has happened previously where you fixed it. I have tried to downgrade elementor to v 3.4.2. But it didn’t solve it.
2) I have duplicated a template in product builder, but when I use the new template the header changes color.
3) The site spikes the server processes. so the site slows down or I often get an 503 error. I have tried to disable all the plugins, but it seems like it’s something related to the theme. Are there anything I can do 7 switch off in the settings. so this don’t happen all the time.
Hello,
1/ We’ve tried to edit a static block and page on your site using Elementor. It works fine – https://prnt.sc/1uzihkj https://prnt.sc/1uzij61 Please try to clear all cache and check one more time.
2/ Clear cache and check. Here is what we can see – https://prnt.sc/1uzinzk
3/ Could you, please, provide us with the screenshot of server usage statistics that displays what processes/requests cause the issue?

You can see the processor load from the hosting here: https://ibb.co/bL3b0Nw
It spikes every time I try and do something in the Xstore settings / customization Panel.
I have now tried to add the error log and I get the following errors when trying to access the Xstore customization panel. I am not sure if that’s could cause the issue.

Could you please check the issue ASAP, as I need to take the site online. and disable the error logs.
Just go in the Xstore theme options and you can see all the errors.
I couldn’t wait any longer so I had to disable the error log, But you can check error log link in Private content
Hello,
Take our apologies for the delay in answering. We have a lot of requests these days.
In the log, we do not see Xstore or our Core plugin errors.
Try to disable coming-soon plugin and check then. Contact your hosting provider and ask for advice.
