Hey EightTheme Team,
I have been getting reports from customers that my website is not displaying correctly when accessed from Safari. Since the majority of my customers are shopping from their iPhones using the default browser, Safari, this is definitely a problem I want to address quickly. Do you have any suggestions for how to fix this? Everything works fine from Chrome and the home page works on Safari most of the time; however, when you click links in Safari, that’s when the website starts having issues displaying correctly. Here are links to screenshots of the same webpage (https://sassybiscuit.com/product-tag/bracelet/) on Chrome and Safari to show you the issue I am having. Chrome: http://i64.tinypic.com/2yoohsz.png Safari: http://tinypic.com/r/6r1xzq/9.
I appreciate your help. Thank you in advance!
Lauren
Hello,
Sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked your site. The page works fine.
It is not some error, you need simply wait for full styles upload.

Rose,
For many of my customers and myself, the page never loads. It never loads the full styles and this occurs on every page. Surely there is a solution.
Hello,
What exactly model of iPhone you are using to check?

Rose Tyler.
Rose,
This issue has occurred on multiple iPhone models ranging from the 5 to the newest 7.
Hello,
It is very strange, when I check your page on iPhone 5 or 7 – https://prnt.sc/f8fuoc.

Very odd. Glad it’s working for someone. Now my website isn’t displaying properly no matter what browser, mobile or desktop. I’m seeing code in place of pictures and graphics. What do I need to do? It’s not a plugin conflict because I haven’t updated anything.
I thought I fixed it by disabling and reenabling visual composer, but CSS is still not loading properly. Now my entire website is loading in plain HTML.
