Issues with the New Single Product Page Builder

    Hello,
    I have few issues with the single product page builder as below:

    1- The description section is not visible on the frontend at all, however when I open any product page while I am logged in, I can see the description section as normal. Also when I inspect the frontend page I can see the code there.

    2- The images gallery has an issue that when logged in, I can see the thumbnails slider, however on frontend without login, I can’t see it

    3- The images gallery has another option that I can’t open any image on lightbox mode at all

    4- Finally but not related to single product page, I can’t see any icons in the icons library!

    1-2/ When cache plugins and CDN are disabled how it works?
    Do not enable them till questions will be solved.

    3/ Disable all 3rd-party plugins and check how the lightbox works then, one of the plugins can be the reason for the problem.

    4/ Please make sure that the problem is not caused by an additional plugin.
    Check if icons are available when another theme is activated on site.

    Hello,
    I have simply deactivated WP Rocket and everything has been fixed!
    Is there any way to keep WP Rocket working while not affecting anything?!

    We advise that you reach out to the customer support team for the WP Rocket plugin for further assistance. Occasionally, toggling the cache plugin off and then on again can rectify issues that have been stored in the cache. Additionally, it may be necessary to adjust certain settings within the WP Rocket plugin. The plugin’s support team is well-equipped to provide you with the necessary guidance and support.

    Please note that our demo environments utilize the WP Rocket plugin and we have not encountered the issues you mentioned.
