Issues with Translation Work for XStore Template

I checked the online help documentation regarding translation and also installed the Loco plugin to perform the translation. However, I found that the translation did not seem to take effect. You can check the content of the attachment image I uploaded. Many places cannot be successfully translated, so please help me.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Thank you for your reply. I have made modifications according to your instructions, but there are still several places where I cannot find the modified settings. Please help me.

1. Please tell me how to hide the green dot on the big picture in attachment 1.
2. How to hide the extra person on the right side of the banner picture.
