Issues with “Website Builders & XStore Widgets” (Archives) Not Loading

Dear 8Theme Team,

I am once again experiencing issues with the “Website Builders & XStore Widgets” (Archives). The archives exist, but they do not load, and when selecting them, nothing is found. Additionally, the archives have been reset to “Default” again. It is very important for us to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

If you prefer to continue using the Elementor PRO plugin instead of PRO Elements, we kindly recommend reaching out to the Elementor PRO support team for further assistance. As a purchaser of this premium plugin, their support team will be best equipped to help you resolve the issue you are experiencing when the plugin is active.
