Issues with XStore Template – Updates Not Applying Properly

    Hi,
    I’m experiencing some issues with the XStore template. When I update content or theme properties, the changes either don’t apply or take a long time to reflect. Additionally, the images are not cropping correctly to display in the grid style.

    I’ve already tried disabling/deleting cookies, disabling LiteSpeed cache, and even opening the site in incognito mode, but the issue persists.

    Could you please help me resolve this?

    1/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    2/ Regarding product image settings, please refer to the following documentation for guidance:

    After making the necessary changes, it is important to regenerate your thumbnails to ensure the updates are properly applied. We recommend using the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin to complete this process.
