I had choosed as theme the xstore Child.

Choosing the xstore theme all the changes that i have created in the files (functions.php, header.php)are lost that the are in the xstore child folder.

If i choose as an active theme the xstore child the site works perfect but the menu does not appear in the administrator area.

    Please can you help me?

    Hello,

Please, provide me admin panel and FTP access to your site. We need to check the backend and files to find out why you have such problem.

    Hello, @pas01_445

Seems problem caused by your child theme. Once I activate parent theme everything works fine.
Check the child theme code to find out what caused the issue.

    Regards

    Hello Olga

I have informed you from the beginning that problem from the child theme.

THree weeks ago, before the updates in woocommerce and xstore theme everything worked perfect. In the child theme i have created the files (functions.php, header.php), i had activated the child theme and the shop worked perfect.

If i do as you suggest me and activate the parent theme then all the changes that i have done in the child theme does not work. For example the code that was written in fuctions.php (saved in the child theme) and it defined the costs in the sales it does not work anymore.

But i activate the child theme everything work but it does not appear the menu (http://prnt.sc/eyuo59).

Please take a look again because until the the updates everything worked.

    Thanks

    Hello Olga

Maybe the problem comes from the code of child theme that i write you in the private area?

    Thanks

    Hello, @pas01_445

Something wrong is with these filters http://prnt.sc/f1f2wz
This code does not work even if you use it with default theme. You may create child theme for the default WP theme and try. WooCommerce made a lot of changes in 3.0 update.

If you need help with additional customization contact customization team – WP Kraken.

I can help you with problems that are related to our theme only!

    Regards
