Slow.
Hello, @MJ,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We are writing to address the issue you have been experiencing with your website’s slow loading speed. After conducting a speed test on your website via GTmetrix, we have found that the performance is suboptimal. You may review the results at the following link: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/kmall09.co.nz/sRABbYVd/
We recommend that you review the suggestions provided by GTMetrix in the Top Issues list, accessible here: https://imgur.com/bYFCFDX
About your results on gtmetrix results:
– Eliminate render-blocking resources – you may try solutions described here https://onlinemediamasters.com/eliminate-render-blocking-resources-wordpress/
– Reduce initial server response time – contact your hosting provider, because it is server-side;
– Avoid an excessive DOM size – read these posts about DOM https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1412-avoid-an-excessive-dom-size
https://isotropic.co/avoid-an-excessive-dom-size-on-your-wordpress-website/ Edit your page and Product elements and enable Ajaxify for the Product elements https://prnt.sc/HzYeSqzHBWKo . It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header;
– Avoid enormous network payloads – https://gtmetrix.com/avoid-enormous-network-payloads.html ;
– Avoid long main-thread tasks – https://gtmetrix.com/avoid-long-main-thread-tasks.html
– Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN), it can give an equally fast web experience to your users across the globe. We use CDN on our demos;
For further guidance on how to improve your website’s speed, we invite you to review our theme documentation. The following links provide detailed information on this topic:

Hello Team,
Thank you for your response.
I recently bought WP Rocket to enhance my website’s speed (thank you for your tip), and it appears to be effective. However, I’m still encountering numerous “Eliminate render-blocking resources” issues.
When I utilise the “remove unused CSS” option in the WP Rocket settings, many of the render-blocking resources seem to be resolved. However, this causes a disruption in my website’s product layout on the homepage, making it appear as if it has switched to the default theme’s product display settings.
Do you have any recommendations?
Hello, @MJ,
We use WP Rocket on our demos, so XStore is compatible with it, but it doesn’t mean that all options of the plugin can be enabled at once, because conflicts are possible depending of settings in Theme Options > Speed Optimization and plugins (and their options) that you are using on the site.
Here are examples of settings from one of our demos –
https://gyazo.com/e95ac59fe4d0b6b5e8bcf67a1cb6881d
https://gyazo.com/da84163cee8d36623081657bfd01f482 https://gyazo.com/268498dd61e0a6205006b7c315488caa

https://gyazo.com/28482f528a2b36d6ad1d309cb3ad6d13
So try to disable the CSS-related option in Speed Optimization under the Theme Options and check back again.

Hi Team.
Thanks for your response.
I followed your domos to configure the XStore.
There is no such ‘CSS combine’ option in the latest WP Rocket plugin.
I used optimize CSS delivery to remove any unused CSS.
This option makes my site a bit faster.
But all products sections on Home Page are converted to default styles.
Please see below examples:
Before optimize CSS delivery:

After optimize CSS delivery:
https://gyazo.com/f95daf96f2464c7a30e77d2be19a3509
I think I need to find any css files (related to the products layout) and add this to exclude for being optimized?
Do you have any recommendations?
Thank you.

Hi Team,
Please take a look at the private content area for admin credentials.
Hello, @MJ,
We have added the following files to exclusions:
/wp-content/themes/xstore/css/modules/woocommerce/archive.css
/wp-content/themes/xstore/css/modules/woocommerce/product-hovers/product-view-mask3.css
https://prnt.sc/BTp1CN-0F_uN
The result is next -> https://prnt.sc/MgkU23a9NrKg (incognito)
