    We don’t see any changes that we make to the theme design, unless, we open the link in incognito mode on Google Chrome. Why the changes to the theme are not being reflected in real time at the front end?

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

    Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

    If this doesn’t help, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and provide a more accurate solution.
