How we enable the COD option in checkout page

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. To enable the Cash on Delivery (COD) option on your checkout page, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your website’s admin panel.
2. Navigate to the payment settings section.
3. Look for the Cash on Delivery option and enable it.
4. Save the changes to apply them.

Test how it works when the Advanced layout is disabled in Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout.

If you encounter any issues, please let us know what exactly plugin you use for payments and provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.

Payment settings are independent of our theme and come from woocommerce – https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/
