hi,
I have uploaded the .po file, but only 13% are translated (it seems a little bit), moreover there are still many words in English, how can I fix the language?

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
As mentioned in our documentation – https://prnt.sc/1168umk , we do not provide a full translation.
Once you uploaded translation files into the correct folder, go to translation via the Loco translate, and Sync it – https://prnt.sc/1168wl6 , then find and translate mentioned strings manually.

what is synchronization for?

how can i understand and translate the missing sentences?

example “Order Status” if I try to search for it in the search field it does not come out

First, you need to Syn, then search and add translate, here is an example – https://prnt.sc/116g1gz

do I need to translate both the Xstore Core plugin and the Xstore theme?

Yes, XStore (parent theme only) and XStore Core plugin.
