Items don't stay in cart - by mavs123

Hi,

This is an issue that has been happening recently. I can add items to the cart just fine and they show up in the upper right hand corner ( CART 2 items for $40.00 ) BUT once I go to a different page on the site, the cart shows 0 items for $0.00. I can click on the little bag icon, go to the cart page and the items are there but they don’t show up in the little bag area in the upper right hand corner. It looks like the cart is written in _SESSIONS and I was informed by my hosting provider wpengine.com that their platform doesn’t support it. Is there a fix for this? I don’t want to move my site from them.

My website is houseofpain.com. Please try it yourself and you’ll see what I am talking about. I need help with this issue as soon as possible.
