Issue: people can’t check out – they get the following error:

“Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript.”

Please help! I’ve researched this and it happens when they enter their card info and they can’t complete their order.

Hello,

You’re using old theme version.
Please update it to the latest 1.7.1 version.
Create a back up of your files and database before update!

Also check if the issue persists with default WordPress theme.
