JavaScript broken on XStore - by EPG - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,
I’m having an issue after installing the XStore theme. The burger menu, quick view, and filters don’t work at all, the console output reads Swiper is not defined.
I forced my way around (using a wp_head hook to include the script myself) but only got another error that reads $(...).waypoint is not a function

Hello,

Have you activated XStore Core plugin?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ and check if you still have the problem. Do not forget to clear cache or even disable it temporary.
Let me know the result.
Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access – http://prntscr.com/nh9pq2

Actually it did was one of the plugins, the previous theme the site was using didn’t bundled the JavaScript and we had to install a plugin to bundle them, seems it was stripping away something.
