I have purchased and added the WOOPress, as well as uploaded all the dummy content. I wanted this theme for the Jewellery area. I have followed the additional instruction and created the sliders that were found on, http://www.themepunch.com/faq/9x-slider-synchronous-grid-slider/

The problem is that I have only one section (Slider 1) that is transitioning. I don’t know why the other sliders are not changing at all. Please advise. The page can be found here: http://masterjewelers.staging.wpengine.com/my-grid-slider-page/

    Thanks!
    Jon

I have tried to update the plugins and it looks like I’m having trouble with activation. Feel free to update the plugins yourself. I have this on a staging site and backups are done. Here is what I got when I tried to update. Also, some of the plugins have been updated but they are highlighted red, which I believe is the activation problem. Please advise and thank you for your help on this. The 9 Grid layout on the Jewellery theme was the reason I purchased this theme, that is why it’s so important for me to get this working properly.

    Hello,

You need update plugins via FTP.
Connect to your server using some FTP client (for example FileZilla) and upload plugins folders in the directory wp-content/plugins.
New versions can be downloaded here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
If you have difficulties please provide us with FTP credentials.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
You made a mistake in the first slider JS code. You wrote this line eval('revapi2'+u), but it should be eval('revapi'+u). I’ve edited it.
Please clear browser cache and check your sliders now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
