    HI there,
I have a big problem with product images on my website. I’m using the same jpeg images I used for my previous website,
but when I upload them they look very bad and full of artifacts in the white background. What can I do to solve this problem?

    Thanks
    Patrizia

    Hello,

Please provide us with a page link where the problem appears and your wp-admin panel/FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Thank you.

    Hi Eva,
open the first link, you can see better the artifacts if you recline a little the screen.

From the original photoshop file I tried to change resolution, dimension ecc. but nothing change. Only in png format it works right, but they’re too heavy, I need to use the web jpeg format. I tried to upload an image I saved from another website, blackmilk.com. On their website it is ok, uploading on my website it becomes bad.
I don’t know what else to do, I also tried a recovery thumbnail plugin that someone suggested in other topics, but for me it is not useful.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

You need create a new image with the dimensions 1500x1500px. Don’t change resolution of your old image but add a new one.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
