JQuery issue - by Stefano - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,
    we have practically finished our new site but we are experiencing compatibility problems between your Xcore and the B2Bking module.

    Your plugin seems to affect how jQuery works. Look checkout page please.

    In the image attached, even though the dropdown says “Ente”, jQuery thinks the selected option is Azienda.

    Can you help me ?

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme, disable XStore core plugin. Check the checkout page after that. Do you have the same issue?

    Please, attach screenshot of the problem because you forgot to do this. You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share screenshots.

    because I had disabled the module because otherwise we can not do our tests.

    I reactivated the module, I also send you a small video to make you understand what is missing, I know that the B2BKing developers have also written to you! Maybe if you then talk to each other about the reasons for the conflict, it is easier for you to speak the same language! I just see that it doesn’t work but I don’t know why 🙂

    I also noticed that on the checkout page, if a user changes the shipping address, the system never updates the order recap, so it doesn’t update transport costs, totals, etc. …

    Hello,

    To make that select work disable popup/off-canvas for the My account element in header https://prnt.sc/yzg9vl
    If you use popup for the My account then that select displays in 2 places: popup/off-canvas and checkout page and the plugin script fails because of this.
    We’ll report this to the plugin author, maybe they will be able to improve it.

    What about the fact that the order recap in the cashier does not update when the city / state changes? depends on what ?

    if you try our site as a guest and change the city / state to Milan / Milan, the transport costs should change (at the moment we have not set all the provinces) and instead they change only if you change the payment method because the delivery recharges and updates.
