I had the team fix the issue in this ticket: https://www.8theme.com/topic/product-archives-editing-causes-a-critical-error-on-the-site/#post-431801

However, I am now having some major issues that tie back to the timeframe this was all completed.

Since around the day I was having the product archives issue, in Google Search Console, my crawl stats for JSON have went from 0 to thousands. See below private area for link to screenshot.

On January 24th, 5 or so days after, my Google rankings started to massively tank. See 2nd screenshot of a keyword tracker I use (the increase again starting 1/31 is because I added new keywords to the tracker). Most of the pages that dropped were my blog posts (3rd screenshot)

When you updated the code fix, is there anything that could’ve caused an issue? The 3 URLs that have gone out of control in crawl requests are also in private area, as in access.

    Thanks,
    Chris

    Dear @Chris,

The fix we implemented is not related to the issues you are currently experiencing. The issue we addressed was specifically related to an “undefined value” error, whereas the problem you are facing now appears to be entirely different and unrelated to our recent fix on your website.

It is possible that the issue may have been caused by recent updates to plugins or a WordPress upgrade. Could you please confirm whether the issue started occurring immediately after we applied the fix, or if any other changes were made to your website afterward?

If any plugins were recently updated, we recommend reviewing their changelog pages, as the issue might be related to modifications introduced in those updates.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
