    Hello!
I am trying to copy the translation files I made with loco translate to my new site, but unfortunately, I keep on getting a template missing error with loco translate. When I try to sync (even on my current staging site) it removes all my made dutch translations and keeps about 4 of them 🙁
Do I need another pot file or something from glotpress? I tried importing the po file but it keeps on asking for the template. Could you maybe take a look on my staging to see what I’m doing wrong?

    Kind regards,
    Nancy

    Hello, Nancy,

We appreciate you contacting us with your concerns about the translation files.

Please be informed that we have successfully synchronized the latest translations on your staging site – https://prnt.sc/teoS72RUU2-_ https://prnt.sc/Rbqh1sKY7318 https://prnt.sc/lWtCYlRELA6g

To transfer the current translations to a new site, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

    1. Download the files xstore-nl_NL.po and xstore-nl_NL.mo using FTP.
    2. Place these files into the directory /wp-content/languages/themes/.
    3. Download the files xstore-core-nl_NL.po and xstore-core-nl_NL.mo.
    4. Place these files into the directory wp-content/languages/plugins.

Once you have completed these steps, the translation files will be available on your new site. You may, for example, access them using the Loco Translate plugin.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
