Landing page with critical error on mobile

    Hi There,

    We have created a landing page for a product on our site https://paddleandsurf.co.uk/legacy-solair-isup
    which works fine on desktop, but on mobile it has a critical error page and doesn’t display properly.

    I have discovered that it is the Woo Product page element causing the error, as if I disable that row, the rest of the page displays correctly.

    I have tried various settings but can’t find out how to make it work.

    Do you know a way I can fix this?

    I have added admin ldetails in the private area

    Hello,

    At first sight, we do not see the problem on your site from mobile. Please describe it in more detail. Provide us with screenshots and temporary FTP access also.

    Hi,

    Sorry I had disabled the row with the Product element within the page to see it working. I have now re-enabled it so you can see the issue.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
    We do not see the error still. Could you provide a screenshot?
    We can’t connect –

    Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:        	Could not connect to server

    Please check. Do you have any limits for connections from other countries?

    Hi There,

    The settings in Filezilla are – as the print screen in private area and the password is correct. I’m not aware of any country restrictions so should be fine.

    It only causes the error on actual mobile, it is OK when I re-size screen to mobile in desktop browser.

    Hello,

    https://gyazo.com/604a0c7191d34561665f109f127d5e75 – error comes from the plugin you can see on the screenshot. We’ve disabled the plugin. Please clear cache and check. Contact support of that plugin or check settings by yourself.

    Hi There,

    The error is still happening on mobile. I have cleared cache on browser and in wordpress.

    Did you disable the whole of Jetpack or just the Woocommerce analytics module?

    We checked from different devices, there is no error now. Try to check from another browser.

    Hi YThere, I want to submit a new support ticket, but there is no option to. I had 260 days left on the licence, but didn’t know why I could not submit a ticket. I purchased more, it now says more tha n 1 year, but I still can not submit a support ticket. Please help.

    What error do you get while pressing the “Submit request” button? Could you, please, provide a screenshot of the video of the error message that you get?

    Hi, I have the site ifoodsuppliers.gr and I have the same problem in mobile
    My site is OK in desktop but it has a message for a critical error in mobile version.
    I have alreade deactivated jetpack plugin.
    I have a very few plugins and I don;t know where is the problem.

    Could you help me please?
