    Hi,

I have set my Woocommerce product > display settings to what I would like my images to show at, but when I import the images are automatically set to the images woocommerce-product-gallery container size of 570 x 892.09.

I saved my woocommerce single product image to 400 x 612.

I also saved my catelog and thumbnail sizes. These seem to work when I am uploading the images, it is just the single product image that is giving me problems.

    Thank you

    Belinda

    Hello,

Did you regenerate images after change size?
You can delete Product Images/Thumbnails Width and Height in Theme Option, then go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and change Product Image settings. Use hard crop if you want to crop images. Then regenerate thumbnails with the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Read more about image size – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/

    Hi

I didn’t regenerate images because I done all my woocommerce settings before importing any product images. So they should be displayed at that required size.

When I click on Inspect and find the container with my image in it, my image says “570 × 872 pixels (Natural: 400 × 612 pixels). That Woocommerce container setting 570 x 872 is giving me problems.

I checked the Product Images/Thumbnails Width and Height in Theme Option and it is blank. I put my settings in there to see if it would make a difference, but it didn’t.

I tried uploading them with only the width and leaving everything else blank and it didn’t work. I also filled in width and height for single product image and catelog image and clicked hard crop and it still did not work.

Before I bought your theme I noticed this problem with another theme but it didn’t exist before I even bought their theme. It would normally import at my saved woocommerce settings.

Also, I noticed Regenerate Thumbnails and Force Regenerate Thumbnails didn’t help to fix this problem. The container still stayed the same size with the image inside stating that it is at my saved settings.

So I am kind of lost as to what to do next because it is only the big image on the product pages behaving like this. The thumbnails and catelog images change if I set my woocommerce settings to another size then try importing them again.

    Thanks

    Belinda

    Hello,

Please set sizes which needed and regenerate thumbnail, if it won’t help, please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

    Regards

    Hi

I have just tried it with one image as there are quite a few a the moment and Regenerate Thumbnails says it was resized but when I click on the product page the image is still at the .woocommerce gallery, .sxy-overlay, main image slider zoom size. I have just noticed that a lot of options relating to the box the image sits in is saved to 570 x 872.

I’ve included my wp details below.

    Hello,

As I see on your product from the first post, now your image has size 400×612, but zoom display real image size.
So, please describe your problem in details, what exactly result do you want to achieve?

    Regards
