Hey there. Latest update (Theme: 9.2.4) Core plugin (Version 5.2.4) created a weird bug where it replaced all of the images to a grey image.
This replacement was made only on the images (from Elementor). If the image is in a column or section, still works has it suppose to.
Any fix soon?
Hello, BEHS,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
Kind Regards,
8theme team

All that we’ve done so far and the results that happen:
– deactivate all plugins – (Images show)
– Activate Xtore core plugin & elementor & elemento Pro (Images show)
– Activate Woocomerce and plugins above (images do NOT show)
– Rollback woocommerce to 8.2.2 and plugins above (images do NOT show)
– Change theme to Hello & elementor & elemento Pro (Images show)
– Activate Woocomerce and plugins above Hello Theme (Images show)
– Roll back Xstore Plugin & Xtore theme (images do NOT show)
-Roll back Xstore Plugin & Xtore theme & Woocommerce 8.2.2. (images do NOT show)
All caches are off.
Hello, @BEHS,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to express our gratitude for the comprehensive debugging and explanation you have provided.
1. We would like to offer you instructions on how to disable the lazy load effect on your website because we think the issue is because of the Lazy Load. Kindly follow the steps listed below:
a. Proceed to ‘Edit Page with Elementor’.
b. Enter the ‘Settings of Element’ for each specific element you wish to adjust.
c. Select the ‘Advanced’ tab.
d. Choose ‘XStore ajaxify’.
e. Locate the ‘Lazy loading’ feature and switch it to ‘Off’.
f. Remember to save the updated settings to ensure the changes take effect.
To aid you in this process, we have prepared a visual guide. You may access it via the following link: https://imgur.com/Zh7ZmGw
2. Additionally, we request that you verify the Images Loading Type is set to default, rather than Lazy Load, within the Xstore >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization Wizard. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/ZRASHovwWbOx
Should the issue persist, we kindly ask you to take a complete backup of your site or create a staging clone. Subsequently, please provide us with the WP Admin URL and credentials, as well as the FTP login details, in the private content area of this topic. We request permission to conduct debugging, which may include deactivating all third-party plugins and any on-site customizations. This will enable us to further investigate and assist you accordingly.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving your concerns.
Best Regards,
The 8Theme Team
