Layer slider install error,demo content error,home page not correctly showing

i have installed xmarket theme but not correctly show images on front page and product page and layer slider install error and also dummy content import error.i need solution.please check it and reply solution.with regards suresh.

Please clarify what error you are getting and provide us with FTP/wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

not showing home page like example theme of home page.
layer slider show watermark DEMO in home page.when i update automatic update & premium support option i got error like this:Your purchase code appears to be invalid. Please take special care to enter it correctly without accidentally including spaces or other additional characters. Please note, this feature won’t accept your theme’s purchase code. This also can be a temporary issue in our services. In that case please try it again in a few hours.

i have import demo content i got this error:
Failed to import shop_order_status cancelled
Failed to import shop_order_status completed
Failed to import shop_order_status failed
Failed to import shop_order_status on-hold
Failed to import shop_order_status pending
Failed to import shop_order_status processing
Failed to import shop_order_status refunded.

shop page not show banner and breadcrumb return home page show menubar not like example theme of shop page please check it and reply soon sir.

Hello,

Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
You don’t need license for plugins. All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. The plugins can be downloaded from this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . We update plugins with theme updates from time to time so plugins will be also updated with each next theme update. The option with registering of the plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

Also you need to add WooCommerce Price Filter widget to Product Page Sidebar in Dashboard->Appearance->Widgets.

Hello,

You need also add Woocommerce Product Categories widget to Product Page Sidebar in Appearance > Widgets.

Please delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/xmarket/ and reupload from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Hello,

New theme version has been released.

Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/xmarket/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
