Layer slider not showing and more - by adirkalaora

my layer slider is not displaying the photos.
also my image swap in products page not working but the image enlarge is working.
last but probably not least my “Enable Cloud Zoom for products” on my “single product page” is not working

please let me know what to do?

As I see you have the latest version of WP and old version of our theme. You need update it to the latest version too. Also don’t forget to update WP e-Commerce plugin.

The version of your current theme is 2.9.1 and the new one is 2.9.2.
Please update it to the latest version as described in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/upgrade

Hi,

I update my theme version and everything work perfect

but the next day this message came up “Private Content”

this message don’t let me use the dashboard

what to do guys?

The problem is with one of your plugins: wp-content/plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit-master.tmp.
Try to disable it.

I have a problem with the zoom on the second pic from the single product page

Hello,

We’re very sorry for a long delay.
The reason of the problem is you have image size set to 1024. You need change it to larger value in Settings > Media > Image Sizes > Large size and change max width and max height.

Hi,

It’s still doing the same

on other websites that using this theme (Blanco) the zoom square is a lot bigger than mine
and it display the picture better and cleaner than mine

I noticed another issue Settings> Store> Presentation> Pagination Settings
Use Pagination: Yes
12 number of products to show per page
Page Number position: Both

this option supposed to divide the products to pages but it only give me the first page
on the other pages it just show me description txt !!

Please let me know what to do?

Hello,

If you want to have bigger zoom square then you have to decrease main image sizes. On our demo site we have images much smaller that’s why the square is bigger.

According to pagination it has been already fixed.
