Dear Support,
After updating the wordpress to 4.0, I noticed there is a alignment problem (see attached link).
Kindly take a look and advise how to resolve this problem.

Please try again with the following setting for FTP (picture of working setting attached) using FileZilla. These setting worked previously when I requested for support.
For the wp-admin, I am also providing the same login information. You might want to take note that the website tend to prompt a special username and password. Please follow as shown in the Private Content.
