Layout move on single product page between the different Widgets

by scroling to the top of the page and fast they is jump on the layout spo that the section are over lapping

I still havr the same issues Actully at the time I disable to stick on Section 3. this section ws droping below the image, after change the width I was able to get it right again but I still hve the over laping
