Layout product page and banner on category page

Hi, I am writing to you as I have installed your xstore theme on my site. I set the product sheet keeping the product content fixed, but only in the mobile version I would like to activate the slider for a better UX. I saw that there is also a feature in the theme settings, but it doesn’t work.

Also, I can’t set the banner on the product category pages, such as the shop layout.

Thanks, from the mobile preview of the browser it did not seem to work, instead consulting the site from the mobile it works.
