I’m having the exact same issue as Legenda Forum topic #60723 (which is closed for comments). No solution was posted for how to resolve, as you guys took care of it through FTP. Shall I provide you with FTP credentials for my site, or can you walk me through fixing it myself?
Here’s the error message showing my site’s Contact Form:
Warning: imagepng(): gd-png error: cannot allocate libpng main struct in /WebSites/HolisticHorseWorks/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php on line 143
Thanks!
Hello,
The problem is related to your server configuration. Contact your hosting provider support to fix this issue.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Thanks Jack. I spoke with my hosting provider and even with permissions wide open, the captcha area is still broken. Could you please be a bit more specific about the necessary server config to get it to work?
Hello,
Please provide FTP credentials.
Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello,
We can’t make any changes via FTP getting this notice:

Please check it with your hosting provider.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Quota issue resolved. Please try again.
Thanks!
Hello,
Ask your hosting provider support to downgrade libPNG Version to 1.4.11. Then check captcha image.
