Legenda Footer Large Blank Space - by JLchingai2007

Hoping you can help, some of our existing pages and any new one we want to create, are showing up a large blank space and it looks awful.

Please can you let us know how to rectify this, we have tried just about everything and nothing we have done has solved it. We cannot finish our site without this sorted.

PS: this happens when using static blocks, hope that helps a bit.

Hi Robert,

Thanks so much for your reply.

We have just found that it is an issue with the plugins, visual composer 4.4.2 and mailchimp 2.7 for wordpress lite. We have seen that it is not the most recent version of Visual Composer.

Before it was working perfectly and now we have this problem, with the blank white space on some page/product footers.

We have de activated and re activated all plugins and we can see that when both are activated this problem happens. If we only have one of these two plugins activated (either or) it does not happen.

Is it possible for us to get a new – updated visual composer plugin?

Many thanks, any advice is much appreciated, will look out for your reply.

We’ve just updated the Legenda them and it still has the same issues with the footer.

Dear Eva,

Please see private content with the information of our Legenda theme we bought. Just back online now and realized the link above for the visual composer update is for Blanco and not Legenda. We had purchased both themes, but now only working with Legenda.

Visual Composer plugin has the same files for Blanco and Legenda theme.
You can download it and update the plugin.

What I mean is that it is not the Visual Compuser plugin from the download options.

Only plugins appear the plugin from Blanco Theme:
YITH WooCommerce Wishlist v 2.0.1
Layer Slider v 5.3.2
Revolution Slider v 4.6.5

But not the plugin I want.

Please, we would like be added to our account the Legenda plugins.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, but the Visual Composer plugin is not compatible with the Blanco theme, That’s why it cannot be downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

You need login to https://www.8theme.com/ with Envato Purchase Code of the Legenda theme. After that you’ll be can download the plugins for the Legend themes.

I don’t remember if I created another account on 8theme, but I think not.

The theme was purchased from ThemeForest and the password entry is: see private
