My client is telling me that when she updates pricing , it does not reflect on the site. It only shows the “new” updated pricing when you click on “add to cart”or when you add it to the cart.
So in other words, a client comes to the site, likes a product and he decides the price is good, when he adds it to the cart the price changes and pisses him off instantly.
For some reason the changes do not reflect immediately on the site, it is easy to reproduce the error. You have access to the site. the same thing happen with the address, when I changed it, it took several days to show the updated office.
Please don;t ask me for anymore screenshots, I really need you to solve this issue ASAP as we are getting more and more customers frustrated with the site.
