Hello,
When will Legenda be compatible with PHP 7.0? I switched it over and noticed that the woocomerce images disappeared.
Please advise.

I do not see the problem with images on your site. What php version do you use now?

I was not going to leave it at 7.0 and have the images not display…it’s currently running 5.6 and when I switch to 7.0 it breaks. As you know 7.0 is faster and pretty soon here Woocomerce is going to require it so the theme needs to catch up.

Ok is the theme compatible with WooCommerce 3.3.3 yet?
Also when will the PHP 7.0 compatibilities be in place?
I can’t just get a general answer to a known issue like that…

I think the new theme update that includes both – compatibility with WC 3.3.3 and PHP 7.0 – will be released at the beginning of the next week.

So I just updated to my theme to 3.7 and the newest version of woocomerce and in my theme options my product page layout is 5 items per row but my shop only displays 4. I did all this on my staging site not my live site, here is a link: http://www.myclientweb.com/shop-now/

Also the product images seem so much smaller than before and they are not centered. Here is my live site for your reference: https://www.puredogfood.com/shop-now/

Hello,

WooCommerce developers have added some new options in version 3.3 related to products number per row and per page https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/12/09/wc-3-3-will-look-great-on-all-the-themes/ WooCommerce set the higher priority for the new option and it overwrites our settings.
You can change number of products per row using Customizer ( > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Products per row).
You can change products image size via Customizer > Woocommerce > Product Images.
Please add this code in custom.css:
```
.product-loop .product .product-image-wrapper > a, .slide-item .product .product-image-wrapper > a {
    text-align: center;
}
```

Hi Rose,
What is this customizer you are referring to? Are you suggesting I download a new plugin to make these changes? What is the point of having a theme with options if we can’t make these changes? I don’t want another plugin slowing my website down. With that said the code you provided has been inserted into the custom CSS and it doesn’t seem to be working either.
Please advise.

I found bug…on my shop page I have created a custom heading along with some text about shipping and delivery options. It’s not displaying even though its there.

You can see it on my live site but its missing on the staging site after all the updates.
Please advise.

Thats so weird – I didn’t have to do this before and also the theme options doesn’t have the Page Builder option so you customize a design. Additionally – I did what you suggested and now they are being doubled up…
I think you still need to fix this no?

It was a strange problem. I’ve simply deleted the content from “Product Page Banner” to prevent duplication because your content on the shop page got working.

When I switch my C-Panel account to PHP 7.0 the layout of my website changes completely. Everything gets pushed in together – almost as if the theme width changes. I can’t leave this live for you guys to test since it affects my live site but here is a screenshot for you to view: https://www.puredogfood.com/Newsletter/carousel.png

1. We’ve tested the theme with PHP 7.0, so it is difficult to say what the reason of your problem on first sight. Could you please re-create the problem on a staging site, and provide us with access?

I can not change just for my staging as the entire server needs to be changed – as you can see on the screenshot I have attached that it clearly is broken. How else can you troubleshoot without making my live site be down for a day for you to review?

Hello,

We need either access to the site where we can see the issue and fix it or full copy of your files and DB to install it on our test environment and check what is the reason of the issue. You can use All In One WP plugin to make a full backup to provide us.
